Building an Uncommon Organization
Executive Coaching
This twelve (or six) month one-on-one goal-based coaching experience is designed for business owners, CEOs and top-level leaders. You will work with one of our Uncommon Coaches to create a strategic plan for improving performance and growing your organization through:
Monthly Strategic Coaching Sessions
- Two 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions per month by phone or Zoom
Resources and Tools
- Tools and resources to support the coaching process and continued growth
Hotline Access
- Ability to contact your Uncommon Coach in between scheduled sessions to talk through any immediate challenges
Individual Behavioral Assessment
- One individual DISC Personality and Communication Assessment included
Raise the Bar Onsite Visits
Empower your team with an onsite coaching experience, designed to deliver hands-on, in-person support and tailored to fit your schedule and organizational needs:
Full-day deep dive organizational onsite visit with an Uncommon Coach
Custom agenda, may include:
- Owner eye walk
- Lunch with Operator and/or leaders
- Interactive topical leadership development workshops and/or
- Business results and goal-based focused team sessions
*We will consult with you to tailor an effective agenda for our day.
