Learning to Serve is a six-session leadership cohort designed to help you embrace and apply servant leadership principles in a practical, meaningful way.
This course will guide you in shifting from a traditional leadership style to one that focuses on serving others first, building trust within your team, and fostering a sustainable, servant-focused mindset.
By the end of our sessions, you'll have created your own unique servant leadership philosophy and a plan to put it into action.
Learning to Lead Yourself
Learning to Lead Yourself is a six-session journey designed to help you deepen self-awareness, set meaningful goals, and build the habits and mindset needed to thrive as a leader. Through this program. you'll develop essential skills like time management, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning.
By the end, you'll have created a personal leadership plan and a solid foundation for effectively leading yourself and inspiring others.
Learning to Lead Others
Learning to Lead Others is a six-session cohort designed to equip you with the skills to build trust, communicate effectively, motivate your team, handle conflicts, empower others, and coach for growth. This program focuses on moving from managing to truly leading by building strategies for creating strong, high-performing teams. By the end, you'll have practical tools and a clear strategy to elevate your impact as a leader.
