We believe that in order to accelerate and reinvent your leadership, you must first learn how to operate as a great leader. After spending time with Operators and Directors from all across the country, we've curated this one-day Intensive just for you.
One Day, Three Sessions
Where do great leaders start?
Serve. During our first session, we will take the time to define leadership and what makes a great leader. You will learn how to better serve others in your role and beyond.
How do great leaders develop?
Grow. During this session, we will dive in with practical steps on how great leaders continue to expand their own personal growth and development.
What do great leaders do?
Teach. Great leaders reproduce other leaders through teaching. Teach, expect the best and reproduce. This session we will explore the core components of teaching others.
