Your Future Plan

Uncommon Leaders!

Are you ready for a new week? Have you been your surrounding yourselves with more people who will push and challenge you? Have you been pacing yourselves to better reach your goals?

Here's something else to think about as you head into the week ahead.

Make it a productive week!

Your Sunday Nugget

This Week's Question:

Currently, how far are you thinking into the future and planning for your role or business?

This Week's Challenge:

Some leaders focus their “thinking and planning time” on the needs and urgency of right now. But, if we are ever going to improve our situations, grow our systems and realize our dreams, we need to stretch our thinking and planning out into the future just a bit. I remember a quote from a past Chick-fil-A seminar that suggested the best way to predict the future is to invent it. If we are going to live better futures, it will likely be because of our intentional planning and decision making. Your challenge this week is to spend a little time thinking and planning a little further out than normal.

This Week's Quote to Ponder:

“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” - Abraham Lincoln

Until next week,
