Crafting a Vision that Fuels You
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
Hope everyone had a nice weekend!
As you prepare for the week ahead and settle into a new season, take some time to think about your vision and if you haven't already, craft one that fuels you.
Your Sunday Nugget
This Week's Question:
Have you ever woken up with such clarity and excitement that the day couldn't start soon enough? What if every morning began that way—because your vision was that compelling?
This Week's Challenge:
Great vision propels the leader and the team towards a better future.Without compelling vision, we tend to coast and go through the motions.
I believe we should consistently re-visit the vision we have for our businesses, our shifts, and our department or team. You don’t have to be the owner to have vision. Imagine how your part of the organization could be better.
This week, your challenge is to revisit or redefine your vision. Not just any goal or vague idea—but a vision so vivid, so aligned with who you are and what matters most, that it pulls you forward with energy and purpose. Write it down. Make it vivid and exciting. Let it wake you up before your alarm does.
So, what vision would make you jump out of bed tomorrow?
Have a great week creating uncommon vision!
