"Conflict" and Your Team Culture
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
The topic of healthy team cultures is such an important one. This week, embrace the challenges and continue growing as leaders and teams. Have a great week!
P.S. Happy St. Patrick's Day! ☘️

This Week's Question:
How well do you and your team address conflict?
This Week's Challenge:
Conflict. We don’t love that word, do we? It can make us feel stress to even say it. But guess what? Conflict will remain a part of the leader’s journey. It’s always been a part of the recipe for leading others. The healthiest cultures deal with conflict. They don’t avoid it and they lean into the conversations and decisions that must be made.
This week, your challenge is to ask yourself, “Is there conflict I am avoiding?” If so, maybe it’s time to lean in and tackle it. Almost always, we feel better and we grow after having dealt with the conflicts on our plate.
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
"Because people aren’t perfect and relationships are messy, we all need to learn how to resolve conflicts." -John Maxwell
Until next week,
