This Week's "Camino Lesson:"

There are people around us struggling with something or even suffering.

This Week's Challenge: 

While walking the Camino, I met a lot of people from all over the world and from all walks of life. One observation has been that almost everyone I’ve had the chance to talk to along the way was struggling with a decision, problem, setback or even tragedy. Over and over in conversation, people would share something they brought with them to try and figure out on the Camino. I think it’s the same with the people around us on a daily basis.

A great leader is a listener and encourager. Who can you talk to in your current walk through life that may be lifted up by your listening and encouragement? Sometimes I get so busy I neglect to notice and listen. It’s a missed opportunity to be uncommon.
