4 Quadrants of Development: Practice
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
We are wrapping up the month of August and our focus on the 4 Quadrants of Development: Curriculum, Experiences,Accountability and Practice. I hope this month’s Nuggets have helped in your own development process and your desire to be a more uncommon leader.
Have a great week ahead and let’s finish this month strong!
Your Sunday Nugget
This Week's Question:
Where can you practice what you are learning?
This Week's Challenge:
This brings us to our final quadrant of personal development: Practice. If we are learning but not practicing what we learn, then what? Head knowledge can only be but so helpful unless we put it into practice.
What have you been learning so far this year? Your challenge this week is to begin practicing one thing you have learned. This is where the rubber meets the road. As we put into practice what we learn, habits form and we begin to grow… which ultimately leads to better workplaces and better lives. You may have to set reminders or even put it in your schedule, but practice something new this week!
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
“If you don’t practice, you don’t deserve to win.” - Andre Agassi
Until next week,
