4 Quadrants of Development: Experiences
Dear Uncommon Leaders,
This month, our Sunday Nuggets are focused on the 4 quadrants of development: Curriculum, Experiences, Accountability and Practice. Let’s keep it going and continue to use every opportunity to learn and grow as uncommon leaders! Have a full and productive week ahead!
Your Sunday Nugget
This Week's Question:
What experiences have you scheduled for your own growth?
This Week's Challenge:
Last week we discussed taking in curriculum to grow. This week I want us to think about the next quadrant of growth: “Experiences.” When we engage in an experience that stretches us, it amplifies our growth. This could be a visit to another business, a team-building activity, a conference, a workshop or even a lunch with another leader you can learn from. Experiences amplify our growth! Your challenge this week is to look at the next 90 days on your calendar and schedule an experience that can help you learn or grow.
This Week's Quote to Ponder:
“The things that get scheduled are the things that get done.” -Robin Sharma
Until next week,
LET'S GO BE UNCOMMON!
