Have you ever sat on an idea too long? What was the outcome? Why do you think people hesitate to put ideas into action?

Yes. Generally, the idea comes out from somewhere else. Could make all kinds of excuses, but generally, it is the risk of failure that gets me at times…
I believe that one catches a lot of us John.
If the idea, or the inspiration, comes from God, as it often does, then surely whatever it is that prevents us from moving ahead is the work of devil, whether fear of the outcome, or any number of other excuses. We’ll probably think to ask God, when we stand before him one day, “Why didn’t you give me some ideas to run with?” Only to have him reply, “Why didn’t you run with those I gave you?’ We haven’t quite tuned our ears to hear him. And so few know what the spiritual gifts are…let alone what theirs is particularly.
Great point Sandy.
